The Senior Care Foundation is a registered non-profit organization, EIN: 82-5060431, that helps seniors at Hialeah, Little Havana, and Allapattah, Miami.

Thanks to the generosity of individuals like you and different companies, we can help over one thousand aging adults in our community. Our donors’ support enables us to fulfill our mission of providing loving elderly care to aging adults as well as their family members according to humane principles so that all participants can live dignified lives.

Your donation enriches the lives of all the seniors that visit our premises daily and allows them to enjoy a balanced meal, engage in an educational or recreational activity, and receive the healthcare and counseling they so need.

Tax deductible donations

Your donation to a non-profit organization is tax deductible. Deductions range from 20% to 60%, depending on the type of contribution and the organization.

Each donation you give to The Senior Care Foundation can be deducted from your next tax return. Don’t forget to keep track of your donations and keep all evidence of the transactions with you. Feel free to contact us before donating for any questions you may have, and one of our friendly staff members will be happy to guide you through it.

Additionally, volunteering can be deducted from your taxes. It is true that your time cannot be deducted, but expenses related to travel to volunteer and charity events can be tax deductible. You need to check out the tax laws and keep any receipts you might need if you get audited.
